In 2007, MSF&W facilitated the redesign of the Illinois Department of Human Services web site. MSF&W's Accessibility Team led DHS through the redesign process, from goal setting, audience identification, and content analysis, through the development of a user-focused information architecture, graphical design, prototyping, implementation, migration, and training.

MSF&W's Accessibility Team implemented the DHS site using the custom OneNet Web Content Management System that it had previously developed for the DHS intranet. Use of the OneNet system dramatically improved the maintainability and accessibility of the site, which is now a leading example of accessible web design.
