Greenville College selects ID:webArchive Enterprise for its document imaging system
MSF&W Software, developer of ID:webArchive Enterprise imaging solution, recently announced that Greenville College has selected ID:webArchive Enterprise for its document imaging system.
With paper records dating back nearly 100 years, and some of those important historical documents beginning to deteriorate, the leadership team at Greenville College decided to do something about their paper problem. After a comprehensive search of imaging solutions, Greenville selected ID:webArchive for its robust features, enterprise-wide scalability, and affordable price tag. With tight budgets at the top of everyone’s mind, Greenville College was attracted to the option to purchase the base imaging product today, and add feature sets that MSF&W makes available, such as Optical Character Recognition, the Virtual Print Driver, and Fax Import, at a later date.
Greenville College Registrar, Michelle Sussenbach, has worked closely with the MSF&W Implementation Team to configure ID:webArchive to exactly meet her department’s needs. Throughout the planning process, it was a priority to ensure that ID:webArchive’s structure and organization was consistent with way the office currently manages paper, requiring few changes to office procedures.
Following initial implementation in the Registrar’s Office, Greenville’s next plan for ID:webArchive is the Admissions office. The Admissions Office will be a likely place to utilize ID:webArchive’s powerful workflow capability. This new program will provide Greenville College with easy, instantaneous access to student applications. By electronically routing student applications through the department, the cycle for student’s waiting to learn the fate of their application for enrollment should be significantly shortened.
